EmpowHer Institute is dedicated to equipping girls from underserved communities with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need for academic success, personal empowerment, and future leadership.

Vision:

EmpowHer envisions a society where every girl has equal access to education, opportunities, and resources that unlock her full potential. We m to create an environment that fosters confidence, encourages decision-making autonomy, breaks generational cycles of poverty, and promotes equity.

Values:

• Empowerment through authenticity: We cultivate a welcoming space for girls to bring their true selves.

• Cultural appreciation: Respecting diversity in culture and life experiences is at the core of our values.

Impact Success:

Since 2013, EmpowHer has made significant strides in empowering girls aged 11-18 across Title I schools:

• All middle school participants progress smoothly into high school

• Every single girl we support graduates from high school and enrolls in college

• 9 out of 10 girls gn valuable new skills through our programs

• Declining disciplinary actions among enrolled girls at over 90 of partnered schools
